Cardboard packaging sucks!
The cardboard packaging was damaged beyond repair by the post office that delivered it upon arrival. The box containing the product inside the cardboard was also severely damaged, and I was filled with anxiety until I checked the operation of the actual product. I was relieved that the product worked, but in the future, I would like you to be more careful when shipping, such as putting cushioning material in the cardboard box that contains the product. I hope that in the future you will be more careful with your shipping, such as putting cushioning material in the cardboard boxes you put your products in.

Love it. Brilliant design, works well. Comes with English instruction brochure (short read) and type C USB cable (for recharging).
A little noisy at first, but sound becomes a background noise and no longer bothersome.

Children under 14 must be supervised and not suitable for environments exceeding 60C degrees.
I am looking forward to using outdoors (in my garden, out on my property, camping, fishing and especially on those heat-wave days).

I like the fan. At first, I didn't feel the air was cool enough during a hot day, but it is powerful and the battery does last. The seller does respond to my inquiries. I have yet to try it on a super hot day. The box did arrive a little crushed, but that's not a huge problem since the product is most important. I'm happy at how fast it was shipped though.
